For a good understanding....
In Portugal are 35 clubs and they have 500 members.
10 players can play 10x10.
The Portuguese Federacão Damas is NOT a member of the FMJD or EC.
Why?

A photograph of the champion Manuel Alberto Vaz Vieira.
